CALL TO RESERVE YOUR EQUIPMENT
All rentals are shipped via UPS to the address given by the lessee upon confirmation of rental reservation. Rentals will arrive one (1) business day, via UPS Ground shipping (when time permits), prior to the lessees surgery date. A pre-paid UPS return label is included with each shipment. For return shipping rentals must be repackaged in the same box they arrived in. Rentals returned in boxes other than those they were originally shipped in may be assessed an additional shipping charge. Rentals are to be taken to a UPS Store or Authorized UPS Shipper for return shipping. If the lessee is unable to return the equipment to a UPS Store or Authorized UPS Shipper, the patient may call UPS (1-800-PICK-UPS) to schedule a pickup of the rental. A UPS pickup may result in an additional charge which is not paid for by Vitrectomy Recovery Solutions. Any additional charges are solely the responsibility of the lessee. Other shipping options, including UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air, are available at an additional charge. Please contact Vitrectomy Recovery Solutions for more information on express shipping.
All rental unit(s) will arrive two (2) business day prior to the date of your surgery (when time permits). The additional days will give you time to get familiar with the equipment and make the necessary adjustments for your maximum comfort BEFORE your surgery. These additional days are FREE OF CHARGE and your rental period does not begin until the date of your surgery.
